I absolutely LOVE LOVE LOVE SNEEKERS, haven’t had a bad experience ever, burgers juicy delicious and on point, calamari w peppers always cooked to perfection, wicked chicken bites “if you know, you know” all I’m saying, onion rings big fat ones awesome so many dishes I could put on here, don’t be shy check the dessert menu on the wall, will not disappoint!!! I do miss the steak it’s been a long time, but they have something for everyone always a nice Special’s Menu as well
This place was just good vibes all around. The staff were beyond accommodating for our large party and the waitress and I became besties. She was beyond amazing and I didn't get her name but she was literally one of a kind. The food was incredible and the sauces the waitress gave me on the side were sooooooo good. The live music was a great touch! We will be back next time we're in Connecticut!!
Took some friends out to dinner and drinks on Sunday Night. Original Bar Cafe! Comfortable. Good food-large quantities with reasonable prices. Excellent Service. Thumbs up to our Server/Waiter Aiden. Attentive, pleasant, friendly. Sneekers is like going to that neighborhood place that many of us grew up with and enjoyed! Like a well worn and loved pair of Sneakers!
Great local place with very friendly staff, delicious pasta dishes and live music. If you're visiting USCGA, they are very gracious to academy families.
Excellent food,service and alcoholic beverages. Reasonable prices. Not many tables that seat more than two people so either come early or later. They get a good sized lunch crowd.
The staff was welcoming and helpful, the food was hot and fresh tasting, and the beer was ice cold! 👍 We enjoyed the Rueben with onion rings and the fried whole belly clams! Will DEFINITELY be back!!

This is a hidden gem, don't let the exterior strip mall front distract or deter you. This is a local place with great food and an inclusive atmosphere. We drove 13 hours from Detroit and felt immediately at home. Thanks to Marcela our waitress.
Had dinner here on a Saturday night. It was fairly busy but we were able to get in and get a table right away. Our server, Kayla, was very friendly and helpful. We had a burger, Patty melt, and a salad. This is a bar atmosphere for sure but is family friendly. Our food was delicious and we would go back if in the area again.
Usually don't leave reviews but felt warranted. In town for work and leaving tomorrow. Googled best fish fry Groton and ran across Sneekers. Looked good in the pics so why not. Cayla (sp?) was great and the beer was cold. Shortly after out came this piece of art. I honestly didn't think I could finish it, neither did Cayla. However fish doesn't travel well and it was too good to waste. So. Freaking. Good. It may not be the best I've ever had, but if it's not, I can't recall who was. Will Def visit each time in town.
